Day 2

SO. All that motivational talk and determination went to shit. I did no exercise yesterday, I ended up eating a full meal at samirs. AND then I went out and got druuuuunk. I also smoked about 10 cigarettes. This also means I’m in pain today so don’t want to exercise. 

I’m also gutted cause it means after spending 5 days in Venice this weekend (plus a little of next week) i’ve actually only got like 7 weeks to do this….

I might sign up for the race tonight, then I have to. I just want to beat 2 hours 47. Which I think is doable    i’m going to destroy!! 

Ok, 59 days to go. I can already run 3 miles (at least I hope) Let’s say every 6 days I add a mile….

Day 1

So I have a 10k on March 25th. And I WILL do the Edinburgh rock and roll half marathon April 14th. Yes Kids. 2 Months today. Ahhhhh! 

Now to people who are fit that seems scary. I’m petrified.

Let me explain a little about me. I love to run. I did a half marathon in September, in 2hrs47m. That’s slow. And since then i’ve moved to Italy. I’ve put on a fuck load of weight AND smoked. A lot.

This seems like mission impossible right?! 

Well I say - FUCK IT!

I just had my last cigarette, i’m off for a shower then uni. I don’t care that it looks like i’ll never do this. It makes me want to do it more.
